Chase was very professional since the minute he pulled up. He offered a fair price and even had the parts on his truck so it was fixed the same day. He even went as far as to explain some of the causes of my plumbing issues. I thought I needed a whole valve but it was just the shower head. When I have another issue and call Duncan again, I will ask specifically for Chase by name. I appreciate all he did.

I needed a professional to help a DIY guy in over his head to replace an aging shower fixture in the kids' bathroom. Duncan was actually the third plumbing service I called, but the first that actually answered the phone and exhibited a sense of urgency. Erica was courteous and responsive in scheduling the appointment. When Stephen and Chris arrived at the expected time to perform the work, they were both exemplary. Not only were they knowledgeable in their craft and answered any questions I had without sounding condescending, but they were respectful of my home, my dogs, and my mother. The only reason they're getting five stars is because I can't give them SIX.

Our water heater quit working and we called Duncan Plumbing to get it fixed. They sent Chase out and he was very prompt and knowledgeable and got our water heater back up in no time. Would recommend to anyone.
