Duddings response was very fast. The young lady was very friendly and knowledgeable, unfortunately they don't offer financing so I had to look elsewhere.

Literally paid 800$ to hook my a/c up and they installed a piece of junk thermostat off the opposite end of my house my air will not shut off and they want 75$ to install the correct thermostat!!!

I'm sorry you are displeased. The quoted price did not include a new thermostat. You supplied equipment, so I'm sorry your equipment did not work.
