  They walked in and refused to clean air filters, " A " coil, etc. Said, that would be a whole another visit and he would send me a quote. Never vacuumed out Dryer vent that was to be included in cleaning of all Duct job. Was also supposed to give me a quote on putting in a cold air return. Never received that either. Didn't wear shoe covers, nor took off their shoes. Would not recommend.

  Kim you must have different. Company than duct Buster's out of Mattoon IL. There is more than one duct Buster's we do not have u in are file. Could you please call us at 217 460 1089. We haven't worked for you. It may have been duct Buster's out of Springfield IL. Not us what town you in. Kim you live in Missouri. We are in Mattoon IL. You have wrong company please take down review sorry you had a bad experience with a completely different company

  Lee is Awesome! Heat went out and BAM! Half hour later the heat is back on and since it was a simple task he didn’t want to charge us! Will definitely call again if needed! 5 Stars!
