  They came out to repair a busted water line at my sister in Christ mother's house off Broadway Rd in Anderson., called late Thursday evening, told him what problem was and he said I will be out first thing in the morning. He was there ten minutes before he said he would. So pleasant, professional, courteous. We were so please with his mannerisms. These days and times, it's hard to find young men so respectful and kind. Thank you all for having such a good young man working for you all.

  We had called Duckett to check a couple of issues. They said they didn't have the parts and would return later. Then they double checked their truck , found the parts and repaired the pipe in 20 minutes. Outstanding!

  We had this company to replace our 10 years water heater. Everything was ok till the last step. they took a wrong size of gas connector that we requested to replace and paid extra 50 for. We were told they will come back and continue the job. We paid all at one time. Then they never called back or returned. We have to called many times over a month for it. Answer was will call back or will come back or need to check with their manager, however nothing got done , never called back for a month, until we called manager. We really hope everything can be done before Christmas. If you don’t mind your plumber missing parts, once paid not much care, keep following them for their mistake and nothing done ……. Please go ahead
