We needed a total replacement of septic tank and drain field. Duck Duck Rooter came out, assessed the damage and gave us realistic cost and time estimates for their work. Staff kept us informed along the way and the owner spoke with me several times throughout the process. While we waited for the permit and scheduling, we ran into an issue with our existing system; we reached out to see if the work could be expedited and Jeff went out of his way to assist. When work was done, it was completed quickly and professionally with no disruption to our daily life. Highly recommend.

This is an AWESOME company! After calling late the previous day the company squeezed us in the next morning to quickly solve our problem. Excellent customer service. Mike Jones was the service tech that came out. He provided us with fast, professional service. A very trustworthy tech. He explained everything thoroughly providing us with the confidence that is hard to find in a company these days. He was a very courteous and polite man. We were amazed how reasonable the charges were. Money well spent. We will NEVER use any company but Duck Duck Rooter and will recommend them to everyone! Super thrilled to find such a trustworthy, reasonable priced, caring and knowledgeable company still exists these days.

Great service with very respectful, professional and down to earth employees. Employee Cornelius came out and helped our toilet to work again and was very patient and kind, also very hardworking, making sure our pipes were completely unclogged while finding deep rooted issues that no one else saw. Highly recommend Cornelius for plumbing issues
