  I didn't realize how much work I needed until I set up an estimate with dry mount air. Sean was on time and very professional. I know nothing about hvac and he explained every problem so I could understand what needed to be done. We ended up scheduling another day for him to come by to repair everything so he had time to get the parts and when I saw the bill I realized he gave me a great price compared to the other estimates I received. Great company. Thank you for everything Sean! I will be using you again if I ever have any hvac issues.

  I have been taking cold showers for some time now because of all the high priced estimates I have been receiving then my wife's sister told us about the company she uses and ranted and raved about how great they were. So icgave them a call and right away I loved his professionalism over the phone and how easy and prompt it was to schedule an estimate with him. Once he came by, on time mind you, he told me what needed to be done then the price for his estimate and I could have fainted right there at the front door. Such a great price I couldn't believe it. Now I get to enjoy a hot shower when I get home from my outdoors job. Thank you again Sean and drymount air! You all are great and such a lifesaver!

  DO NOT TRUST under any circumstances! We called this company for a HVAC service and they told us your system needs refrigerant! The price they gave us was so high but they said it is a huge problem and if you don't fix it now, your system will blow up!!! The price was 800$ for 7 pounds for a R410a system. After paying them half of the money as deposit, we noticed the price should have been about $40 to $50 per pound! We confronted them and they then started telling us since you were unhappy, we only charge you $200 for the rest of the refrigerant (5 lbs) which means $40 per pound was reasonable. Anyway, we stopped paying them more since the trust was already gone! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMDTANCES! They had one tech on phone and a kid with no HVAC knowledge on the field asking the tech what should he do next! Ridiculous!
