  I had an emergency septic tank problem and Don Druin and his company went out of their way to rearrange their schedule to accommodate me same day. They are very professional and affordable. I can’t recommend Druin Septic Tank Pumping enough.

  We called Druin because our realtor recommended them. We had no connections in the septic/sewer field, so went with them. They came out to pump and inspect our septic tank and did so professionally. During the process, they installed a new septic alarm and could not get it to function. They told me the line underground must have been cut/damaged/etc so the signal from the septic float to the alarm was not functioning. They told me they could come back to hook up a new wire, and I told them even if not underground just hide in the deck and I'll bury it later. A few days later the alarm started going off at 3am. No, no problem with the system, the alarm was just "working" somehow! Unplugged it and called them and they said they'd have to get their electrician back out. After more than a month, we called our realtors to let them know the treatment (ignoring us) we had received and they tried to step in. We got one more call from Druin, and they came and installed a new wire. The never did any other work they were supposed to do. I called them to let them know the same thing had happened: The alarm started going off for no reason, on the NEW wire. No response. They were supposed to come cap a PVC pipe in our septic mound. Never came. We will never use or recommend this company again.

  Mr. Druin just filled in an old unused septic system that was collapsing for us. He was fast and efficient, price was very reasonable. Mr. Druin and Michael were so polite and courteous . My yard is now safe for the kids and dog to play in. If you have an unused septic system I urge you to get it fixed and highly recommend Mr. Druin
