  I wish I had more to say but in the 3 times I’ve set up appointments the person on the other line was annoyed and rude and not what you would expect from a professional company. 2 of the 3 times it was “well sorry I can’t really do anything for you so call someone else” and finally this third time it was a very annoyed “ok I guess I can come look this afternoon...” which turned into them rescheduling... twice. They still haven’t actually come to fix the problem but I’ll be updating if/when they show up. I hope they are a lot nicer in person.
