  I will say they were very friendly and great salesmen, but with the lack of response and not standing behind their work I would look elsewhere. I had to follow up multiple times for nearly 2 weeks just to get them to complete the job. Then 2 months after it was completed I had a leak. It took me 3 calls and 2 text messages just to try and determine if this was covered under their warranty. They finally said it was and they would order the part. Now 2 months later and multiple texts and calls with no response I have to find someone else to repair it. I know companies are busy and these are different times, but to just continually ignore customers to me is unacceptable.

  Had a "soft tissue clog" in my drain pipe. Backed up 2 of the 3 toilets upstairs and 1 bathtub. Basement toilet and shower did not backup. Came out charged $450 to remove toilets and snake drains. Said I had a grease clog and would cost $1,200 to water jet. Next day came out and jet, but prior to jetting drain to clear clog, ran a camera and found a damaged pipe about 8-10' from septic tank that they said was the cause. Would not provide a quote until it was determined would be covered by insurance. Remediation company called plumber and said to give me an estimate so I could repair the issue. Was told $4,500 and that would include a jetting. After they repaired the line they said my drain was fine and no jetting required. I asked to remove from the bill, he said no. Eventually he discounted it $750 when he told me two days before it was $1,200. Nonetheless, I wasn't confident my issue was resolved. While my toilets and tub were out due to deconstruction as a result of the damage, I called another plumber to explain the situation and I wasn't confident my issue was resolved as to why the downstairs didn't back up, the plumber ran two cameras from both upstairs toilets and found a clog, and removed a section of pipe. I spent $4500 I should not have spent.

  I was referred to Drip Drop by a plumber who suddenly had health issues and canceled my repair at the last minute. Robert and Guy came out quickly and I could tell immediately they were getting the job. Very friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. They got to work early the next day and finished what everyone else said was a 2 day job in 1 day. Their price was very competitive also. I would certainly recommend!
