  Darryl, thank you! Thank you for being ethical and kind. I did not receive an email from our HOA as I was not on their list, that has since changed. What I want to say is that Darryl did the honest thing by asking me if the HOA would be taking care of this. At that moment, I did not know. So thank you Darryl! You made my day be showing what an ethical business looks like! I will keep your info for anything else I might need!

  We received a postcard ad for backflow check and called to schedule service. DRH was on time for the appointment and honored the advertised price. We were very pleased with their work.

  We had our Backflow tested by a company (Brand-X) in the area. I was not thrilled with the service provided and we had one valve fail. The tech told me he cannot discuss price but should be a couple hundred to rebuild the valve. Called the company to schedule and was told $600. When I ask why (Looked the valve up and it was $100-250) they said: "Let me get a manager". Long story short they quoted $200 for the work but had 100% blown their credibility with me. Enter a plumbing company I would recommend. DRH Plumbing got a call for help from me about this Backflow issue. Not only did they come the next day but offered several options all priced fairly. They rebuilt my valve and tested it for less than the "negotiated" price from Brand-X. I feel quality work at a good price should be praised which is why I am posting this!
