  We had Dreyer install a utility (mop) sink in our basement several months ago. It is still functional and we use it regularly. We had used Dreyer before for a few other jobs (new toilet, cleaning HW-on-demand box, etc.) and found their work to be expensive but acceptable. We purchased the utility sink and faucet through Dreyer. They had priced it at $250 - not too bad. Unfortunately, I had neglected to ask them for an estimate on labor before the install. It appeared that the plumber came unprepared to do the job as a lot of time was spent getting special parts from the truck. Also, he cut the faucet in off-center (he apologized for doing that) and he left a pipe hanging directly over the sink (inconvenient hazard). It took him more than 2 hours to put it in. He left and said that I would get a bill in the mail. They charged me $450 for labor and $185 for extra materials. Our total bill was for $885. I enclosed a letter of complaint with the payment that I sent back. They did not respond.

  Mr. Carmody, we apologize for the experience and that it did not meet your expectations. To repipe the water and drainage for a mop sink and laundry connection does take a certain amount of materials and time to perform. Perhaps the multiple trips to and from the truck seemed excessive, but we did have the material in stock on the truck rather than having to spend time traveling to a supply house. My recollection is that you did call and the invoice was discussed. We do care about our clients.

  I would recommend Dryer Plumbing and heating without hesitation. They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable and timely. They were able to quickly and effectively resolve a problem with a shower trim installation which seemed to frustrate my former plumber. I have referred them to clients as well and they are always courteous and pleasant as well. Are they the least expensive option? No, but they're great!

  They were very professional and knowledgeable. Came in, immediately pin pointed the problem and work under a good time frame. Quality of the work was great and guys were clean. Definitely will use them again if needed. Pricing was around expected.
