  They were WELL ABOVE TWICE what others had quoted.... we certainly didn't use, as he even stated he couldn't guarantee the work?!?

  We tried to have them come out and give us a estimate (a $50 charge) when my mom made the appointment she forgot that it was her payday but she called at 8am and let them know and reschedule it for the next day it was a hr before her Dr appointment for her stage 4 colon cancer. They never showed up and didn't call when my mom called them after her appointment they just said not to call back. Well they lost out on about 2-3k in work I was going to be completely replumbing my house 🏠

  Their normal call out rate is $75. They charged us $250 bc it had snowed a few inches. They would not apply any of this fee to the labor rate for the job. We had pipe burst and had no water. They knew this and took advantage of the situation. They did a good job, but the price increase was uncalled for. So the normal fee for this job would be $400. They charged us $575. They also demanded the $250 before they would look at the pipe.
