  I had a clogged drain and a leaking drain pipe under the sink. Drainworks provided an appointment time, the plumbers – Art and David – arrived on time and went right to work. They fixed both problems and were very careful to avoid allowing water to spill into the kitchen or cabinet. The were friendly, professional, and efficient completing the job in less than an hour. I will definitely use them again. Great service! Thank you.

  I just read another review of this company had am disappointed to report that I had a very different experience. I chose this company because of a previous positive encounter with FSS (that part of the company did great). However, from the start, there were communication drops and delays. For example, the team quit digging on a Saturday and nothing further happened until I asked about it the following Thursday. After the repair, the team failed to communicate that there were two tunnels to be inspected and the engineer had to return for a second inspection, which further delayed project completion. The sub-contractors damaged an outlet leaving me with no power on my patio, damaged the gate to my back yard and left it wide open, which allowed my dogs to roam free, and left their trash behind in my yard. Although Drainworks arranged to correct those issues, their failure to properly supervise the workers in the first place means that I would not use this company again. There were just too many problems. I am still cleaning up the mess (in December) from a project that started in October. And after being removed for two leak tests, my toilet tank is no longer secure (makes a clanking noise and seems to rock). I asked that they fix it and someone did come to check it but nothing much changed. Finally, they failed to provide the requested reports or receipts after final payment until I asked them again a week later. At this point, I am hoping that the repairs hold because I wouldn't want to go through this again.

  I was not coerced, or paid to write this review, nor am I related to any of DrainWorks employees. I only write reviews when merited! I am a DrainWorks customer that appreciated DrainWorks hard work and honesty. Thus this review. The report, communication and scope of work was FABULOUS!!!! Richard always went the extra mile. I had a gazillion questions and always answered politely, respectfully and thoroughly. The communication, respect and willingness to work with me, and so politely and comical at times helped to make a not so desirable situation, so much easier to handle. Pricing was fair, reasonable. I was so grateful there was no price gouging. Actually they accommodated my financial situation nicely. There were NO financial surprises!!! A good man. A good company. Thank you Richard. I have to say, the communication between (DrainWorks) and Foundation Support Specialists (FSS) - that lifted my home along with the engineer (Levi) at Hollingsworth was a group effort. They worked harmoniously and effortlessly together. I am So grateful and it was so incredibly vital in my situation. They were undoubtedly an answer to my deep, sincere, heartfelt prayers. I truly appreciate Art, Philippe and Alex (Alec?). They kept me informed every step of the way. Frankly, I appreciate the details... After removing the master commode for our Hydrostatic Test, Philippe actually cut down the bolts holding the toilet in place and capped them appropriately and cleaned up afterwards. I truly appreciated that. It meant a lot. These service providers always wore masks, took off their muddy boots prior to coming in and respected me and my home. The final report was spot on and detailed. Thank you! I can rest easier knowing I don’t have anymore leaks in ANY of my homes' water systems.... sanitary drains, freshwater or otherwise 😅🥳!!! Thanks DrainWorks for being a team player and having a great bunch of plumbers and assistants... and taking care of us and our home. ~Johanna
