  Brian spent at least a half an hour on the phone with me over the course of hree or four conversations. He helped me diagnose our problem, even though he couldn't come over that day. He's actually almost two hours away, so it didn't make much sense from that respect, either. He called the following morning to check to see that we had things covered. Simply amazing customer service. I wish he was closer so we could use his service.

  Talked to Brian twice and said he would take care of me.Never heard or seen from him again.I know he does great work but not so good If he won't show up.

  Bryan is very knowledgeable and explains septic systems well. He was able to explain how another contractor made a big mistake that flooded our finished basement with sewage. As a result, the contractor’s insurance will have to pay for the clean up and remodeling.
