  A guy came out to see my project and said they needed a part. After me calling them several times to follow up over at least a couple months they still do not have the part. No one from Drains Plus has ever reached out to me. There are 3 total baths I need done and they have no desire to even start on what they can until the part is found.

  Cost me almost 500.00 to replace a outdoor hydrant. And I had the old one 95% dug up before they got there. Needless to say won't call them again. Outrageous prices.

  Two men came out and got our water problem all cleaned out. They were respectful and efficient. I would recommend.
