  Just had my second solar hot water system installed by DrainPipe Plumbing. Very professional office staff and crew to work with. They were attentive to my design objectives and did a really good job just as I have come to expect. Don’t hesitate to call them for installation and repairs - they communicate and show up with the equipment and expertise to get it done right 👍🏻

  We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. And David L. who replaced our toilet went above and beyond with our particular job. we had some weird roots that came in from the cracks in the concrete and from the sides, not where they usually come from and he cleared them out, and he did a great job installing the toilet. He was super courteous and left the bathroom cleaner than it was when he went in! He also hauled away the old toilet and the box that the new one came in! First class service all the way! And David L. is great!!! Give him a raise!!!

  We contracted with Drainpipe to complete all the plumbing on an addition to our home. The home is not occupied full time and the toilet has been used for approximately 6 months total. Just this week we had a backup in the line from the toilet. Upon close examination we found that the plumbing design was incorrect and blockage had occurred and a connector piece of pipe was broken. When we contacted the company they said that because it was "outside the warranty period" they would not return to fix the issue they created. The owner claims that they brought integrity to the work they do, but after our experience with them, this rings empty. A toilet drainage system should not be comprised after 6 months of use, and any respectable company would stand by their workmanship. I would highly recommend that you find another company for any plumbing work. FOLLOW-UP REVIEW: After contacting the company, Drainpipe Plumbing, the owner, John, came out to our home to inspect the work. Within 5 days the issue was remediated and things are working well. This restores my confidence in the company and their commitment to professional work. Thank you John.

Although your system is out of warranty, we're happy to make repairs. They just won't be covered like they would have been earlier.
