  This is second time Drain Surgeon has done this to me! Called them on a Wednesday, said they were coming? Thursday no show! Friday NO SHOW! Didn't call to let me know they couldn't make it! Called again on next Monday(of coursegot the 2 PEOPLE OUT SICK EXCUSE), said they were coming, 2 WEEKS LATER, STILL NO CALL! So Unprofessional! The time before, they couldn't fix problem, and the Technician was rude! Guess they don't need my business!! Do yourself a favor and CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!

  I called to schedule an appointment almost daily for a week. They would take my name and number and promise to call me back to schedule the appointment but never would call back. I know I called them at least 4 times in one week to attempt to schedule an appointment after finally giving up. How hard can it be to put me on their schedule even if the appointment is a week away? It’s probably a blessing in disguise that I didn’t get an appointment. If there that unresponsive and unprofessional BEFORE I get an appointment, I can only imagine afterwards.

  Update: they came out and are going to fix the problem. Will come back next week when they get parts. Will update when finished. Wash machine backed up at the end of August and again this past Sunday. So I'm still having the problem and they won't warranty their work. $140 down the drain. Or should I say clogged in the drain.
