  We had an appointment and were told that the gentleman would be out first thing in the morning (we were supposedly his first stop). Had a small drip under the sink and needed to reconnect our drain pipe to the sink because we just replaced countertops. The guy didn't show up until almost noon, couldn't fix the drip because apparently they don't know how to do that sort of thing, didn't properly reconnect the drain, charged us $75, we gave him $80 because he didn't have change. Basically paid $80 for him to say he doesn't do that sort of work and leave us with a leaky drain.... Felt ripped off. Had to call out another plumber to get the problem fixed. Wouldn't recommend at all.

  Very professional. They were able to come out to fix our main drain clog same day. Very friendly, fast working and would highly recommend. Reasonably priced .

  First let me clarify that I did not search for this "rating" it was on my phone asking for my rating. On Oct 8 Drain Pro came to my apt...the man was very rude! I tried to tell him the problem he told me to go sit down since I have no idea what I'm talking about (I'm the only person living here)He did not fix the problem since he refused to listen to WHAT the problem was! So if you're looking for a professional and someone with common courtesy call elsewhere!!
