  Our master drain became clogged from a piece of plastic accidentally being flushed down the toilet. We were suppose to be leaving for vacation within the next day or two so I called them the next morning and they sent Kyle out to fix it within the hour… I was not expecting them to be able to come out so quickly. After running our showers for some time and flushing our toilets several times without backups we decided the drain must of cleared and off Kyle went. Well, when we got back from vacation we had the drains backup again. I called them the next morning and they once again sent Kyle out within the hour. He quickly did a clean out (which they guarantee for 3 months) and we were back in business. This company is very professional and prompt. Kyle was honest, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Drain Masters!

  Wish I could give them more stars. Family moved here from out of state. In our house 3 days and had water seeping through new floors. We were distraught! Called them and the gentleman that answered was very empathetic and said we'll try to get there asap, hopefully within a few hours. We were relieved they could even make it that day. Well Kyle showed up less than a half hour later and was the absolute best. Super professional and helpful. A complete blessing, fixed the problem, and gave us tips on how to avoid similar problems in the future. A truly great company with tremendous people

  Thank you so much the owner Heath and to Kyle who came out to service my house with urgency. I called multiple local plumbers, after little response and much aggravation I was in tears. Heath went out of his way to help me. Very kind, respectful and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Highly recommend this company.
