Drain Masters has great communication for scheduling and technician arrival. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering my questions. Plus he had my drain unclogged and cleaned up in less than an hour! I’m super happy with this company, have used them once in 2019 and will continue to call them if I have any future drain issues.

We used Drain Masters for the first time in April 2020. Our technician was Aidan, He was so professional, explain things so well that even myself who has zero knowledge about plumbing could understand. When we had a another issue, The first call we made was to Drain Masters. Even though we had to wait two days ( they were booked solid) It was worth the wait to again have Aidan as our technician. ( We also requested him) Of course, he provided the same professional service to us. We will continue to be customers of Drain Masters in the future!

Their customer service was fantastic. From the very first person I spoke with on the phone to the technician who came to our house and everyone in between. Our drain issue was fixed quickly (same day as we called!) which was a huge blessing. Highly recommend!!
