  This is the WORST company to use. The issue wasn’t fixed the first time. Wasn’t fixed the second time. When I called a third time I was told they would charge me (for an issue NOT fixed right in the beginning). The manager hung up on me when I questioned their reliability for service. Can’t stand companies that don’t stand by their quality of work & then have the audacity to hang up on an unhappy customer. Horrible work & horrible service. Not worth the headache OR the money.

  Kept working on a tough clog over 90’ out. Finally got it and went thru twice to make sure. Very fair price and the guy was a rockstar! THANK YOU and I will use and recommend you from now on! UPDATE: They had to come out again a week later for the same issue. Put a camera to 90’ and still didn’t see the clog. Used a “water jet” and told me it was clear. UPDATE: same problem a week later and now won’t return my call.

  Called to have someone come out and look at our clogged basement drain. Jimmy didn't come out until the weekend due to weather, but the guy just looked at the drain and left. Said he'd come back the next day to get the work done and hadn't shown up at all when the time came. Really flaky and unprofessional. Wouldn't respond to any messages or calls from us. Would not recommend them.
