  This is the first review I've ever written due to the service being very deserving. Danny showed up to my house at 6:30PM to fix my kitchen sink that's clogged. I told him I felt like I've been living in a hotel because I've been washing my dishes in the restroom for the last four days. He inspected the drain and told me it's a 50/50 chance he can fix it but if he can't then he won't charge me. After an hour he couldn't fix it but he kept trying other things. He kept running into one problem after another. He could've cut his losses and left after an hour to move on to the next job but he took the initiative and was determined to fix my drain. In total he spent three hours at my house but he fixed my sink. I offered him water, coconut water, and to take a break but he refused them all. He kept saying he wants to fix this first. He worked up a sweat and I told him it'll be okay if for him to take his mask off in my house so it's easier for him to breath. No one will know and I don't mind. He refused saying it's company policy and that I have small children so he doesn't want to put them at risk. He kept his mask on THE ENTIRE TIME even when he was outside in my garage. After he fixed my sink he did multiple things to test and make sure it's working properly and then he cleaned up all the mess that he made like he was never even there. He even took the time to cover his working area prior to doing any work. I don't know if the owner even reads these reviews but if you are then I want to tell you that Danny is an EXCEPTIONAL employee. He was tenacious, professional, and kind. It's hard to find good help nowadays so hold on to this man for as long as you can. And please, give him a raise.

  Thanks for the professionalism, courteous and expertise of your plumbing service technician Mr Jake. He tackled the plumbing issue with expertise leaving us with a feeling of confidence that the job was well done. I was so stressed yet his calm manner and total focus on completing the task at hand deserves an A+. Also thanks to Jennifer and Diana for placing my order and detecting how stressed I seemed. Jennifer followed up to make inform me of the arrival of Mr Jake, and Diana also made sure all was well with me as she detected how truly stressed I was.   Thank you so much Danny for helping us fix the drainage problem so fast and went the extra mile of going down our crawl space to find out the root cause to our pipe issues! What's more impressive is that Danny and Drain Doctor were the only plumbing professionals we were able to find available on the Christmas Eve. I was so grateful for Danny's professional service and knowledge about the problems. He was super kind, amicable and warm-hearted! Thanks again Danny! Happy Christmas!!!
