  The WORST plumber experience. My aunt paid up front by check and we did not see him until 3 weeks after and he didn't even solve the problem said he'd be back to finish. Based off reviews seems like he does this a lot.I love supporting small businesses but stay away from this one

  We had an emergency and were quickly referred to Drain Doctor by our neighbors. They arrived pretty quickly and helped explain exactly what was happening and what needed to be done to fix it. They were professional and honest and I will continue to recommend this company to anyone who needs a licensed plumber in Westchester County, NY.

  They went above and beyond my expectations in customer service (which is hard to find these days) When my hot water heater flooded my basement I had used them. They were priced fairly and honest especially since I called them after business hours. This was over a year ago so when my mother in-law had a leak in her basement I called them back. Again they were courteous and professional. They also saved her a ton of money!! Two of the original plumbers she had called wouldnt even do the job, her main water line had a leak and there was no shut off valve. Drain Doctor not only did the job but did it quick and at a fair price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber
