  Contacted company which is being used by Home Depot, for no response. My water heater was leaking 7 days before christmas and I needed it fixed. A business is successful if you have good staff. This staff was rude right out the gate, Kaitlyn. I sent in pictures request and never got a quote. Called Home Depot for another company and they assured me I would be contacted. New Years eve still nothing! I got Peters Plumbing and it was fixed in one day! Don't waste your time with Douglas Orr Plumbing.!

  Vicki, I spoke to staff and I apologize for us not getting the quote back to you in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, we were hit with the perfect storm of Covid, people out of the office, having to shuffle everyone to work remote, and the Holidays. It was a crazy couple of weeks and was a constant scramble. I can assure you we were all doing the best we could. Again, sorry that you were caught in the crosshairs of all of that.   Absolutely do not come to them, they are not professional, I made an appointment between 10:00-4:00PM on the 2/3/22and their maintenance personnel suddenly came to my door in the afternoon of the 2/2/22 Because I'm still working? I told the maintenance guy I said my appointment is tomorrow? He said none of my business I just know my schedule? I had to drop all my work and go home and when I told the maintenance guy I needed to wait 15-20 minutes I needed to drive home and he told me then we have to charge you too? too crazy! When I made an appointment, the customer service told me that the maintenance staff will contact me 30 minutes before they arrive at your house, not at all, they will not contact you, they only know the money, and they deliberately delay time, and will never recommend them

  Randy Morales came out within the time frame . He did what needed to be done, he did it swiftly, quickly resolved a little bump in the road, and kept my rate based on time to a fair charge. Couldn’t be happier with this company and this technician. five stars all the way! highly recommend!
