  Doug's is an amazing company. They winterized my home when it was on the market for sale this fall, then performed maintenance on the furnace, water heater and a toilet that was leaking when the water was turned back on. Their workmanship is great, they are always quick getting to your home for repairs, usually just a couple of days to get on their schedule for routine maintenance. Chris is great when you call for an appointment or to answer questions. They are a great value for the money. I wish they were in the town I live in now. Use Doug's for your HVAC and plumbing repairs or maintenance. You won't be disappointed

  Jason was awesome! He provided other work last year and now I am a customer for the foreseeable future. He was minimally invasive for the repair and answered all of my questions.

  I was super happy with my experience with Doug's. I initially called to have someone replace a toilet and kitchen and bath faucets. Then I called them back and asked if I could add a kitchen sink and replace the disposal as well. The person in the office (I'm sorry, I don't remember what you told me your name was!) was very friendly and didn't make me feel like a pain at all. Now to Jason. He was on time, friendly and worked quickly. Everything looked great and was working perfectly when he left, but the big bonus was that he took everything with him. I expected that I was going to have to get rid of the old stuff on my own, so was pleasantly surprised when he was done that it was just gone and loaded into his van, along with all the packaging from the new stuff. You can believe the reviews...they do a great job and you won't be sorry.
