  Dotson's was great. He's a very relatable person. He was professional and explained what he was doing and how to keep my septic system healthier through the process. He gave me a very fair price to have 1.200 gallons pumped and cleaned. Dotson's even saved me money by helping me find my tank lid through phone calls and digging it out myself ( I have an older concrete system with a recessed lid) and it was a lot of digging; a lot. As many don't want to see the deeds of before and after he showed me the tank after he finished to ensure the quality of work and that it was indeed cleaned, including all the sludge. I would highly recommend him for all your septic services.

  I called on a Friday morning. Mark was able to get my tank pumped and new motor by that evening. Friendly, honest, upfront about everything. I would definitely recommend Dotson to anyone, I know I'll never use anyone else...
