  They did a great job, their diagnosis of a venting flow problem was a game changer in our project. We had a few follow up issues and they returned to make it right! Our satisfaction was important to them!

  We own an old historic house with an old gas furnace almost half the age of the house. The system is very efficient and thanks to Donald’s yearly service and careful attention we have warm, lovely heat. Other contractors were not so willing to work with us. First recommendations were to sell us a whole heating system and change everything. They were quite sure the boiler would go out next week. That was well over 20 years ago! I highly recommend Donald’s!
