  I've used Don's for years and they've always provided me good service at good fair prices and the prices are still nice and fair. Although this time they came out it didn't fix it. I called several times only to be able to leave message after message. I'm disappoint in the phone service. But Dons is still the only plumbing company i'll use...

  Great service at a reasonable price. I was having difficulty getting my water tank fixed. A previous company dropped the ball on the repair so called Don's Friday afternoon. I was able to get an appointment for someone to come out Monday afternoon. Within 45 minutes they had the water on and it was heating properly. Whereas Buddies Heating and Air said it was an electrical problem which cost me $150 and two days to find out it wasn't electrical, it was in fact the heating element on the water tank. Their knowledge base is questionable to say the least. Don's cost was $175 and 45 minutes with no need to go any further. The clear winner is Don's.

  Don's Plumbing really came through for us today! Our pipe burst, and water went everywhere! I called at least a dozen plumbers and Don's was one of the only ones to even give me an ETA on service. Then when they learned we were close to the area he was already out working in, he came by after hours and helped us out. They didn't know it, but we have a son with special needs, and we depend on our water to keep his medical supplies clean. They did us such a huge favor without even knowing the extent of it. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Don was so kind and professional. I cannot recommend this company enough!
