  We took advantage of their service department. Though living in Garden City, they still took care of us. They were able to service and determine what was wrong with our refrigerator in a very timely manner. All of the staff were very kind.

  We really appreciate how Don's Appliance was able to help us when our fridge went out in the middle of a 90+ degree week. We ended up getting an entire new set of appliances and love it all. Jeff, staff and delivery guys were great to work with. Recommend shopping locally!!!

  Tried 2 times. Poor customer service. First service call the tech was over a hour late with no phone call. Second service call the business left a voicemail about home warranty needs but did not mention that the appointment would be canceled. When called, service dept said they were now booked out 5 days meanwhile my appointment was only a half hour past. I would appreciate more information in the voicemail. It is also my understanding that Don's does not work on Samsung appliances.
