  Don was prompt, fair, and professional. He installed our new hot water heater within hours of giving me a price and even assisted in helping us get some of the cost covered by a home warranty. Highly recommend!

  After shaking hands on a furnace deal, Don Bair called me the next day with a price that was about triple what we agreed on. He wanted nearly seven thousand for a furnace and 3300 to install my own furnace (if purchased). I just bought a high-efficiency, good quality furnace AND air conditioner installed for about 4700 from a very honest HVAC company. Maybe he thinks women are stupid but I'm glad I had the sense to research it first. Yes that was almost half his price.
