  The Dolphin Water slide company was a great business to work with!! From the first conversation to the last, the team showed us that we were a priority! Super friendly customer service and very responsive! We are extremely happy with our new 92 ft water slide!! Everyone, young and old, is loving this new addition to our home! The slide color is perfect too and goes well with our home and landscape design!! We are excited to make many memories in our new backyard oasis!! We loved working with this company!! I definitely recommend working with the Dolphin Water Slide Company!

  I am a designer for a landscape installation company located in the St. Louis area and every interaction we have with dolphin water slides is positive and helpful. These guys go out of their way to make sure that we have as much information as possible when installing and designing their slides, they are always happy and helpful over the phone with prompt return calls and the quality of their product is top notch! I would highly recommend working with them!

  I am a pool contractor here in Texas. We ordered a slide and it came without the main support column and instructions. We printed the instructions to find we were indeed missing the main column. We contacted them to send us the part. They sent us the main column for a different slide. We called back to get the correct part again and they supposedly shipped it out but when I checked the tracking on it several days later after not receiving the part it showed tracking was cancelled for the item. I have now spent 4 extra trips to the clients house, 2 times sending 3 guys to the job to install the slide. nearly a month has passed, and I still have the wrong part which now I have to take to a welder to cut down and fabricate it to fit. Such a huge headache. I do not recommend this company.

  We are so sorry for the mix-up Stuart. We apologize and didn’t realize you where still dealing with this. The part you are referring to is not shipped by us here at the office, but we will defiantly look into why you got the wrong column and be sure this doesn’t happen again. We are so sorry for the bad experience you had.
