  Very rude!!!! Based on my initial phone call, I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had an emergency situation (a pipe burst) and called him at 7:30pm which interrupted him at a football game. If he didnt want to talk, then he should not have picked up the phone, or, he could have asked me to call back right in the beginning. Also, as soon as he found out the home was located on tribal property (but my cousin owns his own home), he demanded "who's going to pay me!". He said if the tribe wanted him to do the work then "they can call me!". Very rude and did not even try to understand our situation. I own a business as well and if handled ANY potential clients like this, I would be out of business. I am trying to help a relative who is in a wheelchair and lives by himself. And by the way, Mr. Doering, the family has funds to pay whatever it would take to fix the situation since I guess this is your only criteria when the home is located on tribal lands. We are going to do an overhaul on the entire plumbing for the house- no matter the cost, it needs done. BTW- I don't know of any plumbing company that would not be willing to provide some type of quote or write-up for the scope of work (you said "I don't do that!"). Rural Nebraska at it's best I guess, smh.
