  Thank you so much for all of your help earlier today. I went in and talked about my sprinkler system issues. They helped me get the parts I needed but then I had a dizzy spell that lasted a really long time. All of the staff were concerned and asked what they could do to help. They helped me get to a more private area and provided water and space to lay down. They helped me call my husband and kept checking on me until he arrived. It was an embarrassing and helpless situation that I had no control over but they treated me with care, concern, and respect. I will never forget their kind and sincere service. They truly went above and beyond. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable about their products. I apologise for not knowing his name but he was able to tell me exactly what brand of sprinkler I have currently just by listening to my discription. He assured me that the parts were compatible despite not being the same brand. He offered expert advice on how to replace the heads and my broken line. He was fast and competent.
