  Walked in, guy behind counter barked "what company you with?" I said I'm not with a company. He said: "we only sell to plumbers". They don't notify you of that online, with a sign in front of the store, nothing. You drive all the way over Don't bother to try this place! Ferguson and Bob Garrett Supply were happy to serve me. Garrett is the go to place for Delta parts. Both were very friendly and helpful.

  This company is really wonderful to do business with. I was very pleased to be assisted by Bob who is extremely knowledgeable and is able to troubleshoot any situation you may have - and it doesn't cost any more to receive the personal help! Why go to a box store where you end up with the wrong items or are not informed that you are failing to get all you do need to complete your project??? This is hands-down the best, and the smartest place to choose.
