I needed a same day plumber to secure earthquake straps to my water heater. I called this company and Frances sent me DAMIEN. Not only was he expeditious in doing the job, he arrived within the time frame she quoted and was very friendly and professional. Especially when I inquired about getting a new water heater in the future. He was very knowledgeable about my options and patiently explained what they were. And also HOW the installation would go. I appreciated his expertise and ability to "do the job Right." So, THANK YOU DAMIEN for your service!!

I was quite surprised at how prompt and efficient this service was. I put out an inquiry and got a call in a few minutes. Then a plumber was sent out in an hour. Then, he completed three of my plumbing issues immediately. Had all the parts and tools in his truck. Dakota was super friendly and polite. He gave me four different options with great price points. I never imagined that just a few hours later my longstanding plumbing problems would be solved. Water heater starter-pilot was going out all the time. There was a tiny leak under toilet because wax seal went bad. Then, the garage sink faucets needed to be redone and reconnected. Boom! I wish I didn’t procrastinate on taking care of these things. Dakota is a seasoned and talented pro! And so nice! Made this process seem like magic. Kudos to this business. I will definitely recommend and use this company again

I have found the plumbing company I will use from now on. Dakota came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my commercial two water heater system that is complex with lots of valves etc. and find the fault. Company did great at communicating and updating me all the way.
