  Horrible customer service; Improperly installed costly HVAC System--heat pump and furnace; Would not answer or respond to numerous messages left to correct the install; Had to contact another HVAC Service to fix Scott Asbury's errors; There were 2 & 1/2 LBS too much of Freon inserted into heat pump as well as the fan speed being too low. Do not use Dixon & Kee.

  A 55 hundred dollar furnace that broke within a week and they can't or won't fix it. Will not return calls or messages. My credit card company will take care of that for me but they will get a reputation soon.

  We have been waiting since August to have our repair done! It is now November and they won’t return phone calls! I guess since we are under warranty and they have to repair without being paid, they ignore us!
