  Charlie is very knowledgeable and does a great job with applying his years of experience to the situation at hand. He is excellent with answering questions and explaining things in a manner that is understandable to the customer. He was very patient with the numerous questions that I asked and always explained them in a manner that I understood. He was quick to respond and came to evaluate my septic system on the weekend, which was immediately after I contacted him. Charlie is personable and has great customer service.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Charlie and team. I was in the process of purchasing a house when the inspection identified a failed septic system. We decided on a new MicroFast system and Charlie and Randy got it installed with no delay, so I was able to move in on time. Charlie has years of experience with septic systems and answered all of my many questions patiently and thoroughly. Excellent grading work; the new systems has a much lower profile and looks so much better than the old peat system and will last much longer. Very professional, responsive, reasonably priced, I highly recommend this company!
