  I was very pleased with my technician Ethan, and he was very professional on time and finished the job in a timely manner. I’ve had to call them on three different occasions and I was pleased every time. If you want good service you have to pay for it and every time I was pleased with my prices! Thanks

  I want to thank Direct Services for always going the extra mile and making sure they provide excellent customer service. I own a Smoothie store and I cannot afford to have any plumbing/water issues. When I do, I call Kathleen and the Direct Services Team. They always do what they have to do to get my store up and running fast.

  I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Direct Services. Their plumber was punctual, very knowledgeable and courteous.What could have been a very expensive water heater replacement was solved with the unplugging of a connection. I found this company to be efficient and very honest. I would recommend them to anyone.
