  Mike was on time, installation/connections look perfect on our new water heater, and he cleaned up when he was done. Water is hot and my family is happy. I would use Direct Connect Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends.

  I work at a cheer gym with HIGH traffic in the restrooms. We have worked with Direct Connect Plumbing for years. They are quick to respond when we have an emergency and always fair on pricing. They have replaced many of our toilets with updated, high efficiency ones and they work great. Also, very willing to come out for any repair that might come up. Highly recommend this company!

  Recently purchased my first home and was in need of a new water heater before moving in. Direct Connect worked with my busy schedule and were very helpful! Mike was able to answer all of my questions and the plumber who replaced my water heater came out at the exact time we discussed. Would definitely use them again in the future!!
