  They were the only plumber that kept there word on coming to fix our water leak that was under the foundation. And the sweetest people also . Definitely will be using them for my future plumbing needs

  My father, my sister and myself all use Dillon Plumbing for our homes, he also put in a septic system for me... Mr. Jimmy Dillon is a very honest and good professional man. We have known his work ethics for over 10 years and have never been disappointed with the service that he provides both residential and have known of commercial owners that will use only Dillon Plumbing.   Mr. Dillon inspected my sewage system according to the property disclosure statement and indicated everything was good. My inspector discovered the alarm for the pump was not working and requested it be repaired before closing. While repairing the alarm Mr. Dillon discovered some minor damage to the pump system and assured my realtor it would cost no more than $100 to repair. I agreed to have the repairs done under this assumption and granted Mr. Dillon permission to proceed. I am not sure when the repairs were done, but a few days later I received a call stating there were several issues with the system that he decided to take care of and the final bill would now be $350. I was never informed of such issues until after the fact and was stuck with a bill $250 higher than the original estimate. While I understand, things do not always go as planned, it is troubling that I am suddenly facing a $350 expense after this same person indicated the system was good on the property disclosure statement. It is also troubling that I was never consulted on the additional repairs and expenses. I very much feel like I was scammed and do NOT recommend having Mr. Dillon work on your system.
