  All went well. He's a pro. Showed up on time. Replaced my gas range. Took the old one away and he didn't rush or disrespect me or my mom. Classy guy.

  Very unprofessional. Postponed coming out to look at standing water underneath my house for nearly 3 weeks. Would say he would be there one day then never show up. Always had ridiculous excuses or none at all. Was forced to call someone else who fit me in their schedule and came to check out my problem within 24 hours of calling me back. Don't waste your time and just call Rotor Rooter out of Columbus.
