  Dileo goes above and beyond! They will even fill my grill propane tank if I leave it. It's so nice not to have to make a special trip for that. Response time is super fast and deliveries are fast. I typically get filled within 2 days of requesting when it's not an emergency. Drivers are very friendly and will stop to answer questions (and pet my dog). Very happy with their services and highly recommend.

  I have had nothing but excellent quality and timely services with Dileo Gas to date. The last time propane was delivered to my home was on a day that was unexpected. It was a couple days after a major snow storm so the snow almost buried any visible pathway to the tank. So I was pleasantly surprised when I was alerted by email that gas was delivered, because I hadn't had a chance to clear a path. The delivery guy was clearly unfazed by the 22 inches of snow. He had a job to do, created the path to the tank, filled the tank, and kept moving. It was business as usual. I won't soon forget that. You don't really know what a vendor will or will not do for their customers, until situations like this present. I'm happy with the peace of mind services provided by Dileo Gas.

  Wow, thank you for sharing this Robert. Though we expect paths to be cleared for our drivers, we understand that sometimes it can just slip the customers mind. We also have a very fast turnaround time for deliveries, so sometimes we are there before you even get a chance to shovel! Our staff genuinely cares about our customers, so if we have to go the extra mile to make sure our customers are taken care of then we will make sure to make it happen.   All of my interactions with Dileo Gas have been positive to date. Their rates are very competitive and they have quickly responded to my inquires. Their delivery process have been much quicker than I expected. I am so happy I've made the switch to Dileo!
