  They’re more than happy to damage your personal belongings, admit that it’s more than likely their fault and then tell you that since you can’t prove it they’re not willing to even think about paying for it. The only decent part of this company is the receptionist Mary who is fantastic. I feel sorry that she has to work with these people who don’t even have the common courtesy to fix what they break.

  I wish I could give them zero stars. They ruin your property, claim it’s all your fault, and refuse to pay for the damage THEY caused. Terrible company, terrible management, and honestly terrible people (with the exception of the receptionist who is quiet lovely). If you value any of your belongings, stay away.

  Upset with the service I recieved. Had a few leaky pipes that they came out to inspect and fix, after a few weeks they already leaking again. Office personnel were nice but the quality of service leaves a lot to be desired.
