  I had Dickens install a shower valve. Left a small hole in the tiled shower wall for me to fix. I was not happy at the time. But later he contacted me and managed to give me a discount on the payment made so that I can get a bathroom tile installer to fix the small hole for me. He indicated that he wanted to always provide satisfactory work and keep customers happy. I am gratefully satisfied.

  If you are looking for great quality, professionalism and someone who actually delivers what is promised then you are in the right hands with Lance Dickens. I used Dickens Plumbing for a whole house renovation and the results far exceeded my expectations. I received a phone call daily with updates and making sure I was happy with the work that had been done so far. I went in to this project with a picture in my mind of what I wanted, it was his expert advice on things that I would have never thought of along the way that gave me a home that is just simply more amazing than I could have imagined. I could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish!!
