Dick's Plumbing provided the plumbing in our new $400,000.00 house. The contractor chose them and sub-contracted them for the installation. For 11 months now I have been calling and asking to have them repair a simple problem - our toilet seat. The toilet set installed on our master bathroom toilet does not match the toilet and because of this falls down on its' own - slamming shut at the worst possible time. Annoying to say the least. Unfortunately this simple problem has not been repaired despite more than 6 calls to our contractor. I've also been waiting for over 6 weeks for them to repair a defective hose bib on the front of our house. Choose somebody else. If they can't even fix a toilet seat, I certainly wouldn't recommend them for your overall plumbing needs.
