      We wanted to share our experience for the Alma School house that we called about! We just recently had your technician Josh out here servicing our home. He was fantastic! So nice to talk to. He worked so hard all while talking with us and remaining friendly. We would highly recommend this company as well as Josh to anyone! Thank you so much!!

      Really disappointed how Diamondback handled our last service call. We have used them a handful of times for our businesses. This last service call they didn’t completely finish the job or clean up. They didn’t skip a beat calling use everyday for payment tho. I had no problem paying the billing if and when the job was completed. They asked for me the pay and they would have a technician come and finish the job entirely. That never happened. Even after a follow up call. Disappointing and poor customer service. Needless to say I’d suggest taking your business to a company that completes the job hired for.

      I paid $250 for a camera inspection on my sewer line to assess the orange berg plumbing at my house. I wanted to have the inspection completed and get a quote for replacement or any other suggestions the company had prior to renovating my backyard. When I originally contacted the company, they were prompt and pleasant to work with in scheduling an appointment. Here is the sequence of events: 1. June 2021: Initial appointment and payment of $250 2. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services, despite verbally discussing with technician 3. I contacted the company, who told me "the camera inspection has a data corruption file" and they'd return to redo the inspection at no charge 4. July 2021: Second appointment for inspection 5. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services (again) 6. August 2021: Contacted the company several time requesting the video - we went back and forth several times throughout August and September. I was told they "have not been able to get all of the USB drives in yet. If I do not receive it the next couple of days we will touch base again." 7. After ZERO contact or reply, November 2021: Asked for a refund, as I did not receive any of the services I paid for Since then, I have attempted several times to work with the company to get the services I paid for OR a refund. They replied ONE time, only when I threatened to report them to the BBB on Feb 15, 2022. Since then, no replies again. I understand that many businesses are busy right now and understaffed. I am simply asking to receive the inspection I paid for or receive a refund. I am shocked to find the company's business practice includes having people pay for things, delivering nothing, and then ignoring them to hope they forget. I've tried all reasonable efforts to communicate with the company to rectify the situation and have had no luck.
