  Problem: Refill would not stop and the water shut off value no longer worked, also there was a leak from around one of the connections to the refill valve. Same day service and when an earlier appointment became available I was called and asked if I would like the earlier time. Everything went as I was told from my first call. Gabe arrived and I explained what I thought I needed and he took a look and made one additional recommendation which I took. He gave an estimate and I said that was great (I also received a $50.00 discount, THANKS!). The work was done quickly and he went above my expectations by cleaning the pipe and reaffixing the face plate to the wall on the water outlet to the toilet. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

  Would absolutely recommend Dial One for any plumbing services. Our technician, Kerlin, was extremely kind, accommodating and informative when arriving at our house to fix an issue with our hot water heater. Will most certainly use their services in the future due to the wonderful experience I had with them.

  This review is very overdue. I love Johnson Plumbing. They are not the least expensive, but the service and results indicate that they are a very good value. During the big freeze of February 2020, I had 3 burst pipes. My husband, who had terminal cancer, was wheelchair bound and we had snow between us and the car. I couldn't turn off the water and be housebound with a cancer patient. Johnson Plumbing came over within a few hours and fixed my pipes. Yes, it was costly. Still a good value, because they came, the work was done and was excellent. This year, I found a lake under my house. Johnson came out quickly. My husband was, by then, on hospice and could not be moved. It took the young plumber several days to work up an action plan, which was inconvenient, but when he got there, they found an ENORMOUS leak under my deck, fixed it, and put the yard back. It wasn't put back very well, contrary to the assurance that I wouldn't be able to tell it was ever dug up. The cost was not cheap, but it was reasonable for the amount of work involved. Except for a stumble getting started on this year's job at my house, the plumbers have been very professional and responsive. The work has been exemplary. I have recommended Johnson to the whole neighborhood.
