  Me: Just returned home. Thanks for not doing the job you said you would! Appreciate the waist of time!!!!! DH&Z: Sorry, I've been covered up. My guy had the work order he just ran into trouble on first job. Again I apologize, if you can't find someone else, I have numbers of a couple other plumbers. Again I'm sorry for not getting there, it was unintentional Me: Your apology is not acceptable! I called you twice. Once at 4:33 and again 7:54 with no return call! I told you the issue on Monday and asked if you could do it Friday. Then I had to call Thursday and make sure you were still coming, on top of that you had no clue what it was I had asked you to do. Your reply was I had a sewage issue??? When I specified on Monday what my problem was. Your reviews on Google are as bogus as your stories are! I don't need your help finding plumbers either. I found you but I also found it to be a huge mistake! Good day Sir! Don't even bother responding either!!! DH&Z No problem, hope your day gets better This company had all week to prepare for the job! We had a leak from the meter to the house and I feel they didn't want to do the job! A simple heads up and I wouldn't have even been writing this review. So save yourself this issue and call someone else! We are also new home owners and new to the area, thanks for the warm welcome DH&Z🤦‍♂️ I feel all the positive reviews were family/friends or just simple under the counter fixes!

  They were very prefectional and work hard at their job. They fixed the problem. We would recommend them and call if we need a plumber again.
