  Doug is profesional and did a great job helping us complete our downstairs bathroom. He was the only contractor out of 6 who actually showed up and was fair with his prices.i would highly recommend!

  Doug does great work, however very poor communication and scheduling. on a previous request it took about 8 months, now this time around taking 3 weeks although they keep saying we'll get there later this evening and guess what folks, no show 5 days in a row....I had a leaking kitchen faucet and leaking outside spout that was installed by him. Things that make you say huuuum what's really going on how come I have to get in the back of the bus!

  Doug replaced an old drain from our toilet and added a custom plate to connect the flange. The problem that he caused was a toilet that rocked since it no longer sat flat on the floor due to the custom plate. I tried to have him come back and he would schedule a time and then not even show up. Not one attempt to call us and let us know that he needed to reschedule. Each time I called him he would give an excuse of how busy he was, but he would take care of it. After the third no-show, I came to the conclusion that he had no problem lying to me and had no intention of correcting the problem he created. Other than that, he does good work.
