  So I bought a house in November that this guy installed a water heater that was bought a year prior to him installing and he installed it with a bad circuit board. So now my heat shuts off overnight leaving my 9 month old and wife In a house that's freezing cold. I've been calling him and leaving messages for over a month and got one response saying he would look into it. And that was 2 weeks ago. Very unprofessional now going forward legally due to lack of response

  Called 5 pm about water heater that had bit the dust; he was at my house 730 am next day as he had indicated to access Came back at noon with new water heater Had a new water heater installed in no time. He and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend

  This irresponsible plumber does not pick up his calls, we cannot leave him a voicemail because it is full. He put up a new boiler on a home we bought and on the day we closed, it was leaking. We attempted to contact him through our realtor and seller to fix the issue, but he has not answered our calls. We had a tough time getting a plumber to come look at the boiler since the work is under warranty. The leak got worse and we are still trying to get a plumber to come in. I never dealt with this plumber personally, but the fact the he does not answer his phone and customers are unable to leave a voicemail says a lot about his professionalism.
